Fall migration is underway, making this a great time to get outside and discover the birds moving through our local landscapes.

Feel free to join Quentin in observing and identifying migrating birds, with opportunities to spot fall passerines and other seasonal species!

Whether you're an experienced birder or new to birding, everyone is welcome! Bring your binoculars if you have them, dress for the weather, and wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking outdoors.

Join Quentin Yoerger on Wednesday, October 7 at 8:00 AM at Sunny Peace Prairie for a morning of birding focused on fall sparrow migration!

October is an excellent time to observe migrating sparrows as they pass through southern Wisconsin. Quentin will lead the group through Sunny Peace Prairie, helping participants spot and identify sparrows and other birds making their way through the prairie during fall migration.

Whether you're an experienced birder or just getting started, all are welcome! Bring your binoculars if you have them, dress for the weather, and wear comfortable shoes for walking outdoors.
