Learn about the growing farmer-led initiative in Wisconsin and how it is empowering farmers via farmer-to-farmer networks to lead the way in testing and deploying innovative conservation practices as part of the solution for healthier soil, cleaner water, and sustainable, profitable farms.

Our Amazing Native Plants
Description: Meet botanists, foragers, and herbalists to learn about native plant life in our environment and the important role native plants play in our natural areas, field edges, and backyards. Learn about our upcoming workshop series and events devoted to the craft of foraging in the wild, using native plants as medicine, and cataloging biodiversity in our watershed!

Gardening for Health
Description: Meet our local volunteer Green County Master Gardeners who share their gardening passion and knowledge with our community. Hear about their upcoming symposium about gardening for health, including healthy soils and biodiversity. Learn how to get involved and become a Master Gardener. Share gardening stories and tips for the upcoming gardening season!

Protecting Your Wild & Working Lands
Description: Meet Southern Wisconsin Land Conservancy experts and the local landowners they work with who are passionate about protecting the conservation values of both the natural and agricultural landscapes on their property. Learn about the benefits and challenges of placing your land under the protection of a conservation easement. Learn about what it takes to protect your own land.
