At Three Waters Reserve we believe an area is defined not only by its watershed but by its foodshed as well. Our chef works closely with local farmers focused on regenerative agriculture, farmers who are working to restore the land, and in turn, the watershed. Local fruits and vegetables, meats, and grains grown and raised within the watershed are prepared in our kitchen and served in our restaurant and at events hosted at Three Waters Reserve. We are dedicated to completing the circle, bridging the gap from farm to fork, and healing our land and bodies. We celebrate the healthy food that is grown in a healthy watershed.
