Our food and licensed bar services are directed by Chief Chef Annie George and Molly George, Director of Bar Services. They will work with you to design and cater menus from our newly refurbished, full-service kitchen and bar. Menu options include locally produced ingredients, including grass-fed meats from Riemer Family Farm. You may also work with our Chef to choose from a list of approved caterers of your choice (caterers not on our list must be approved by Chef George). All alcoholic beverages served at events must be purchased through our Director of Bar Services.
