Our venue offers a serene and charming setting nestled amidst nature, providing the perfect backdrop for your festivities. And, with 100% of our rental fees going to support conservation, your event is truly the gift that keeps on giving!
Here's what you can expect when you book your holiday party at Three Waters Reserve:
1. CHRISTMAS COOKIES GALORE... AND MUCH (MUCH) MORE!
St.Nick's favorite treats are just the tip of the iceberg. Our in-house culinary services are fully customizable to your taste preferences, dietary needs and budget. From locally-sourced charcuterie boards to over-the-top buffets, your guests won't leave a single crumb behind for Santa. Grazing table with assorted hors d'oeuvres starts at $18/per person (30 guest minimum).
2. A LITTLE NAUGHTY (MOSTLY NICE)
There's no better way to keep spirits bright than with a festive cocktail or two! We offer open and cash bar packages with bartending staff and your preferred menu offerings. Mulled cider, hot toddies, custom cocktails – our bar services will have your whole group caroling! 2 hour open bar with domestic beer and wine offerings starts at $12.50/person (30 guest minimum)
3. A WINTER WONDERLAND
Our venue sits on stunning 71-acre nature reserve, lovingly restored to its wild landscapes. The venue provides beautiful panoramic views of the reserve, including century-old oak trees, snow-covered prairie, plus our twinkling wrap-around deck. 2 hour venue rentals start at $200.
4. AMENITIES THAT SLEIGH
Venue rentals include private access to the reserve trails, which means your guests can end the evening with a moonlight snowshoe or trail walk. We offer seating and beautiful natural finish tables for up to 80 guests, and our on-site parking lot offers convenient, wheelchair-friendly access to the venue. Need to spread the cheer loud and clear? Ask us about mics, projector screens and podiums!
